1. Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" or "siti8" refers to the website siti8.onl, all related sub-domains, and the services provided through them.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account and uses siti8's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account opened by a user to access the services of this platform.
• "Real Money" refers to funds in the form of Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or equivalent cryptocurrency deposited into the account by the user.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, cashback, or other benefit granted by siti8 to users subject to specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "We" or "Our party" refers to the management, officers, agents, and authorised representatives of siti8.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the siti8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Aged at least 21 years old at the time of registration and throughout the period of account use.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition enforced by any authority.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not as a representative of a third party without written authorisation from siti8.
• Not located in a jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling for users in their location.

3. Account Registration and Management

siti8 account registration is subject to the following conditions:

• Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name or with duplicate information is prohibited.
• All information provided during registration, including full name (as on MyKad or passport), mobile number, and email, must be accurate and valid.
• Users are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their account password and security codes.
• Any activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been authorised by you unless reported to siti8 immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or sharing an account with another party is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
• siti8 reserves the right to require users to submit identity verification documents (KYC) before permitting fund withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at siti8 are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50 regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100.
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, ShopeePay, and Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Withdrawal processing time is between 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• siti8 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by payment providers are outside our control.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• siti8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for verification purposes to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) policies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by siti8 are subject to specific conditions. The general terms are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will receive a RM100 bonus, bringing the balance to RM200 with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The wagering requirement is set at 20 times the bonus amount received. The original deposit amount is not subject to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash. Withdrawals are only permitted once the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Users registering a new account must claim the welcome bonus before making their first deposit if they wish to take up the offer.
• siti8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses through hedge betting, use of multiple accounts, or other methods that go against the spirit of the promotion will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with third-party offers.

6. General Game Rules

The use of all games available on the siti8 platform is subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited to ensure fairness.
• Results of completed games are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system error during an active game, siti8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the user.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results through third-party software, automated bots, or other technical means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are as displayed on the respective game interface.

7. Prohibitions and Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the siti8 platform:

• Registering or using more than one account, including the use of false information or another person's information.
• Falsifying identity, age, or financial information during the registration or verification process.
• Using funds obtained from illegal activities to make a deposit into an account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or misusing the platform for suspicious financial purposes.
• Using automated software, bots, or other tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward any member of the siti8 customer support team.
• Sharing an account or allowing another party to access or use your personal account.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

siti8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• The user is found to have violated any clause in these terms and conditions.
• There is suspicious or unusual activity in the account that requires further investigation.
• The user fails to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified period.
• The user submits a self-exclusion request through the customer support channel.
• A directive issued by the relevant licensing authority or regulatory body.

In cases of account closure following a terms violation, the remaining balance may be frozen until the investigation is complete. For voluntary account closure with no violation, the account balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the applicable wagering conditions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law:
